5 ways to boost Psychological well being

few tips to boost your mental health

Mental health influences the way you think, feel, and behave in daily life. Being free of depression, anxiety or other psychological problems does not mean you have good mental health.Mental health refers to the presence of positive characteristics.
Here a few tips to boost your mental health
Be Kind
Performing kind acts increases positive emotions. Start with small gestures   such as writing a thank you letter to someone, giving genuine compliments to strangers, making people smile.
Be Mindful
When we pay attention to what we see, hear, smell, taste and feel during everyday activities, we feel more positive, curious about the world and improve our focus by minimising stress.
Be close to Nature
It is said that nature brings out the best in a human being. By simply taking a walk through a park can improve your quality of life.
Laugh
Laughter indeed is the best medicine. Laughing is a great way to release endorphins which makes you happy. Watch a comedy show, play games or listen to podcasts of favourite comedians.
Connect with positive people
Spending time with negative people can bring us down and spending time with uplifting people allows us to feel a range of positive emotions which results in great mental health.
